The check-in process was long, but when the agent came up to check us in she was very pleasant with a welcoming smile. All the restaurants wss very nice including the spa experience for my birthday. I will be back next year for sure because we had a blast.

Was a wonderful stay ! We have stayed at the property 3 times now ( twice before when it was holiday inn) and it keeps getting better . The property had great beach access, including a mini private island on the property. We were able to check in hours early and get a room with a better view, no extra cost. Great food options, not just the main buffet. Close drive to the airport and shopping. Despite the renovations, great stay. Would definitely recommend
