"This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either. "

"Finca Casita is a nice little house in a nice landscape. The outdoor spaces are great, the pool and the outside shower too. The indoor shower is of no use. One shower and the whole bathroom is flooded and won't dry for 2 days. No contact with a real person, although there is a next ground neighbour. This person will avoid you at all cost! The request to Mallorca Charm for two small towels and one for drying the dishes were answered with: “this is standard equipment“. not charming at all. Mind...

"Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Pool war bei Ankunft leer, weil defekt. Uns hat vorab niemand informiert. Eine Finca im Landesinneren ohne Pool ist witzlos. Das Haus war sonst soweit in Ordnung, aber es funktionierte so einiges nicht. "Great family hotel - perfect for my two year old son. Facilities are excellent, lots of room in the pool(s), slides, beach access. Room was spacious, clean and 2 entrances to the balcony which meant we could sit out when my son was asleep. Food was good too - only issue is that the themed restaurants are booking only. We stayed for 5 nights and the restaurants were all booked up before we arrived! Luckily the staff were able to squeeze us in a couple of times which we really appreciated. It’s not advertised that these are bookable only and you may not get to eat in them (eg Greek/mexican/steakhouse) but other than that, lovely trip and will be back. "

"Stayed here a few times. Reception are always very helpful. Waiters r v quick and efficient. The cooks are friendly. Go there for cycling so haven't used gym, pool etc. did use the spa, that was nice. "
