"Air con not perfect. Attention to detail wasn't great. The lady who was there only a few days was really good and got things sorted for us as much as could, i think her name was Belen. Anyway place was clean, lovely spa and pool area's. Close to the restaurants and town. "

"Great high standard one expects at BQ hotels. Very warm reception staff. Great food. Beach and restaurants close by. Good internet. Fridge in room. Aldi nearby. Nice pathways along beachfront where pedestrians, runners, cyclists tourists and locals all rub along nicely. Beachfront market on Fridays. A lovely safe family orientated holiday spot. Good mix of Brits, Germans, French and Scandi. Highly recommend,mend. Also Tif buses are brill to hop from place to place, Arta, Pollensa or Alcudia...

"Good rooms. Service was hit and miss depending on which staff you spoke with. Room for more sun beds and shades around the pool but simply none there and therefore limited availability. Breakfast was below standard. Especially fresh proper coffee and fresh juices (considering we’re in an area with plenty of proper fresh OJ)."

"Big hotel and was busy. Rooms a little on the small size but suited our needs. Breakfast room was large but also very busy and some items did run out but were replaced quite quickly. Could do with more tea/coffee machines."
