"My stay at The Grupotel Amapola was my first time going all-inclusive and it didnt disappoint. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and very well presented - which continued into the room which was spacious, had a wardrobe and drawers, a private bathroom with walk in shower and a balcony. "We had a lovely stay here and the majority of the staff especially the bar and entertainment staff were excellent - unfortunately had a poor welcome to the hotel arriving very late in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. We had no help with our bags, couldn’t find our room and we’re not able to get milk for our toddler. Rest of the trip was brilliant though, pool and beach are great and all the family activities and entertainment made the holiday especially for our 4 year old. "

"This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either. "
