"Overall, we loved our time at this resort! Pros: - Staff is phenomenal. So kind and helpful. David at the front check in desk is 10/10!! “Mini check in” steps for kids is so cute! - very kid friendly! Splash pad, kid corners everywhere, performances, etc. - beach is amazing. If you don’t want to spend 21 euros for an umbrella and chairs, you can buy across the street for <$20 or check out their re-use section by the kids pool. We were able to use an umbrella for the week for free! We brought a beach blanket but those can be purchased on the beach by vendors for 10euros. - breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options, fresh fruit/juices, etc. - water refill stations are so handy and eco-friendly - property itself is gorgeous with great 24/7 cafe & delicious Italian restaurant. Con: - smelt like sewage every morning after breakfast, and you could tell they tried to use fragrance to mask the smell - pool chairs seemed to be a little difficult to come by if you didn’t snag something before 10 AM. - needs more elevators. 2- 1 on each end, is not enough. Wait times were long - beach towels were always gone by 10AM or they’d say the dryer was broken so 1 hr wait. Front desk wasn’t excited to provide them during 10AM-6PM. So get your towels early. - parking is not designated to the hotel - too much catering to English language, we’re in Spain! - this is pro & con: so nice to have washers/dryers but some didn’t work great & people leave their clothes in. Needs more management"

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."

"A block away from the beach and a complimentary 5 star breakfast buffet were the highlights of our stay. And add to that how helpful and nice the staff were and how clean our room was made daily, and this was the perfect stay for my wife and I. Also two beautiful pools and surprisingly quiet considering it is in the middle of everything!"

"The location is great - close to the beach and nice restaurants. The breakfast options were quite decent although the coffee is not good. The rooms were quite dated, the mattress and pillows were not really comfortable. Bathroom was small but comfortable. The staff is great and everything was pretty clean. The spa and gym are quite nice too. The air-con to the max is not really cold but it was fine to sleep."

"Most importantly, you get what you pay for. The location, the facilities, the space, it's all exactly what you're anticipating and it isn't particularly expensive even in peak season and it makes for a lovely summer holiday.That said, there's between 50 to 100 small changes they could make to this property that would improve it. Some are very small things, like fixing the noise from one of the air con units, re-grouting the garden, fixing the broken shower head arm, re-affixing the master bedroom's broken shelves (rather than balancing the broken chipboard on a few screws), buying new ping pong ball bats, etc. It would equally be nice to have more than one copy of the front gate key, given this is meant to be a house for up to 8 people. More expensively they could also drain the pool and reaffix the broken off tiles (c 50 or so missing now?). Equally they could replace the cracked glass in the bannisters (and indeed fix the wobbly metal bannisters). But as I say, you get what you pay for."
