"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn during our weekend in New York City! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food to start our day. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s safety and security, which gave us peace of mind while visiting the city. Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again and...

"Beautiful Hotel"

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."

"We were in town for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. First time in Williamsburg. The hotel was convenient, and the downstairs amenities were nice."

"It's great for a short stay"

"Excellent customer service, clean and well maintained rooms. Quiet. Great location. Will definitely stay here again."

"The staff her are top notch and make this place feel like a home away from home. I always feel welcome and it’s a comfortable and enjoyable stay with thoughtful amenities. The restaurant upstairs is beautiful, staff warm and attentive, and the food excellent. Shouts out to TJ, Matt, and Michael!"

"Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Cheddar omelette at the restaurant was amazing."

"Staff was professional and friendly. Clean, maintained and safe. Housekeeping was great. Definitely going back."

"No one was friendly or greeted me when I checked in. At check in, no one advised of amenities. One of the lights in the room didn’t work. Mirror had stained writing on it (looked like it had been graffiti that was washed, but could still see it). Shower pressure was really low— worst I’ve ever seen at any hotel. On my final night there when I came back, I noticed housekeeping didn’t close the door after servicing the room. It was very alarming noticing the open door of my hotel room at 11pm. My...

"We loved our stay! We did only stay one night, but we had a room with a small balcony that had a stunning view of the city skyline. The room was very clean and while it was small, everything was very thoughtfully done. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!"

"So basic. There weren't even bedside lamps. only one chair. The sliding shower doors would not stay closed. I don't think housekeeping came even once. Breakfast included was substandard. I would not stay here again and i would not recommend it to anyone. Finally, the location is not great."
