"Room was very small, air conditioning sucks. The continental breakfast was trash. Zero protein available. The place smelt awful."

"Front desk staff was rude to guy dropping off laundry. She was less than pleasant to me. We checked in, and immediately upon entering the room, got a whiff of urine. AC was broken; literally would come on at all and thermostat had similar issue. Phone didn’t work, but even if it had, the buttons were missing. We returned to lobby and checked out. Awaiting refund status from Expedia. "

"Tiny rooms like a cruise ship. Beds on platform against window require either inside sleeper to get out of bed and step down from platform or crawl over partner."

"The usual great service of a Hampton Inn, great location convenient to Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges and subway stations. Parking garage right next door, but it would be nice if hotel had a discount for parking. Overall great stay and will stay again."

"Two close accessible subways. Multiple walkable eating spots, can walk to Brooklyn Bridge, Transit museum, piers, and more. The location is pretty fantastic and the hotel is accessible. They will hold luggage before check in and after check out if necessary. I do wish their market was open 24 hours for drinks, coffee, and snacks. They close at 4:30 and that’s my only complaint because I’m disabled and their vending machine options aren’t great imo. I’m often too tired to walk to a local deli or fast food place."
