"We had a lovely stay at Delfina. The staff was kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained and cozy. The only thing that we found a bit off was that they have a minimum allowance for breakfast. They then proceed to charge for every possible item, including milk for coffee. This felt like being nickled and dimed. My suggestion to the manager was that they either not include breakfast or simply charge more and allow guests to order whatever they want.....like every other...

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel at ground level so expect some traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper maybe you better look for a different option, for us it was not an issue and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. "The Hacienda was great!! I love the place; however, the location was not great for us because it was in the south side of Mérida which looked isolated and there were no restaurants or shops or a way to walk around outside of the hotel. We canceled the second night and went to the north side which is more tourist friendly. Overall it was a good place. "

"Excellent location across from Uxmal ruins. Very interesting history of the Hacienda as well, including famous people such as Queen Elizabeth who stayed there! Breakfast was delicious and pool cocktails were also great. Grounds are beautiful and filled with colorful birds. Staff was accommodating. Don't expect uber modern luxury."
