BAthroom small , rust silicon patches and toilet paper in bin beside the toilet, cockroches running around at night , pool dirty , would not swim in , layer of grease and dirt and bugs, and lose rock on the bottom, can eat , drink or some on empty pool patio , wasps all around as floor was dirty , no fidge or coffe in room or cups ....

It was supposed I reserved a doble deluxe room and It wasnt , you see in the picture tottaly different from what you get ; very desappointed room looks like normal suit one of the sheets was dirty and was not hot water in the shower not towells as well i dont think i comeback in this hotel

Good location in the middle of Paseo Montejo. We stayed for six days, we had to ask the front desk for hot water every day and even when they supposedly turn it on it came out warm to cold. We paid for three people and they only left two towels, we had to keep on asking for an extra towel.

We stayed in the master suite. For the price we are paying we expected the shower to work (it sprayed water up at the ceiling and made a huge mess), we expected a working toilet (it leaked water all over the floor creating a tripping hazard), we expected our jacuzzi to be clean (it was full of dirt and grime). We had to change rooms at 2 am to another room with a leaking jacuzzi. We won’t be back.

No tienen estacionamiento, tuve que ir a otro hotel porque este hotel solo tiene como 10 cajones (para todas sus habitaciones). Si valoras tu carro y el estacionamiento es importante para ti, no te hospedes aqui.
