"Overall nice property. Lots of parking. Next to large sports restaurant/bar."

"Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service. During my stay, I encountered a disgusting and completely unacceptable situation with my bed. To make matters worse, the issue was not resolved promptly, causing unnecessary frustration and discomfort. Additionally, I experienced a separate issue with a package delivered to the hotel. "Pretty good breakfast, quite a lot of choices. The lady taking care of the breakfast/snack area was wonderful. Great little market area, sweets, water, microwavable dinner if you want to eat in, lots of choices. Pecan Carmel cookies were delicious !!!"

"Suite accommodation was very large. Complimentary breakfast was very nice."

"Stay was great except for the fact that there was a pile of trash sitting outside my room when I checked in. Also, my room smelled… “damp” the entire time. And since the windows don’t open, I was unable to air out the room. Luckily I only had to deal with it for one night. "Stood overnight on the way back from the Revs Vs Miami game. Would definitely stay again very close to casino as well!"

"Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The location was good. Discounts at nearby restaurants were available. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The pool was on the smaller size but honestly it was big enough to enjoy. The free breakfast was one the best ones I’ve ever had at hotels. The only thing was that the bathroom door was big and clunky. It was hard to slide close and open. But no complaints."

"staff was great but they failed to let us know there was no hot water when we got there and it was 40 out side we did let the front desk know they sent someone up to act like they were going to fix it but come to find out one of their boilers were down and could not keep up with the amount of guest they had checked in."

"The parking was a bit high and valet area gets very crowded at times"
