"Great stay!!!"

"Tv didn’t work. Ac didn’t work. Steps so dirty"

"Very clean and spacious room!"

"When we first checked in our room door had a patched hole in the middle of it. We found hair in our beds. And when we requested new shed for the bed the staff just dropped the sheets at our door, so we had to make the beds. Then they painted the spot on our door sometime while we were out, put a note in the card scanner “Do Not Touch” and LEFT THE DOOR OPEN. For lord knows how long. Thankfully nothing was taken. But not the point. The desk was stuck to the floor with a dark brown sticky...

"The location worked very well for our purposes. Made use of the Dunkin Donuts next door! The room was clean (except for the spider web by the a/c plug) and worked fine. The only complaint was the pillows. They were thin rectangles of foam. Very uncomfortable."

"This was a 1 one stay after flying into Logan and going to visit relatives the next day. I was pleased with the hotel overall. The shuttle from the airport, the location and free breakfast were the primary factors. The public space and breakfast area were larger than expected. Everything was clean and well maintained,"

"When we first got to the hotel, the staff were short and curt with no pleasantries. Room look like it hadn’t been cleaned. Hair was in all the corners there was debris under the bed. Shower wasn’t clean. We ended up going up across the street and getting cleaning supplies from a gas station to make our stay doable."

"The location was good, right off the high way, and close to high land shopping center. Staff was kind and helpful. Facilities are a bit outdated. I saw a broken light cover. And the heater sounds were a bit loud and disturb the night sleep, I felt like I only had shallow sleep next morning, which might be from combination of everything though."
