"Stayed on the club floor, it was a little tired. Club breakfast sub-par, but the staff was accommodating. Got charged for the upgraded internet when this was not selected. Still waiting for the manager to credit our account 9 day later? $17 per day to park in the garage, there is no other parking options."

"ample and accessible parking - lot was well-lit and felt safe. large lobby with great working, seating and eating spaces. inner courtyard is new and features outdoor seating and access by rooms on main floor and balconies off second floor. excellent hotel"

"Stayed here for a quick trip and unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The location was convenient, but the hotel felt outdated and not as clean as we hoped. The room had a musty smell, the hallways were noisy at night, the keys never worked on the outside doors & took several attempts to get to work at our room door! Housekeepers knocked on our door at 8:15 (a little early). Overall the experience just felt average for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I needed something close by."

"Our checkin was rocky. Property was not cleaned when we arrived …approximately 3:30 pm. Contacted the host. Cleaning was eventually completed around 11pmDue to the delay in cleaning the property, we booked a hotel. We had taken a.redeye the night before and needed to get some sleep. We paid 380 for a hotel room The rest of our stay went well"

"It was overall good but no air conditioning we ended up sweating the whole night and if i had known i wouldn’t have paid all this. also there is no cold waters provided to you. it was good but definitely not what i had hoped for."

"Breakfast was substandard. Pool is small, and a child vomited in it while we were there. Room was very clean. Parking off of Rt. 1 and very safe because hotel is a 45 min drive from downtown Boston."

"The apartment was good for our needs but would have been helpful to have more up front communication about what items were and were not provided. We had issues accessing the property when we arrived but VRBO helped us sort it out fairly quickly. FYI, the apartment is on the second floor, accessed by an indoor staircase which is very steep. That is helpful to know for those who might have issues with the stairs."
