"This hotel was in a perfect location, huge family room beautifully clean, felt safe and secure and staff were excellent. The only issue we had was on arrival to the room, to find only one bed for 3 people and no sofa bed. Went to reception to be told it would be an additional $45 per night for a rollaway bed, after a 20 minute discussion with the hotel it was agreed they would provide this FOC as my son is 14 yrs old, it was not appropriate for him to share with myself and my friend who was travelling with us as suggested at one point by the hotel. Expedia really need to make people aware of this on there site if sofa beds are not in the room as suggested on the advert."

"We loved the hotel for its proximity to everything we wanted to get to and the staff was very helpful with information or hailing cabs. The elevator situation was a pain unless you knew to use the service elevators and then it was a non-issue. "

"I always enjoy staying here. Close to Penn Station, easy to walk to all the theatres. Also, everyone who works here is really nice. "

"Very nice and clean rooms, very comfortable beds, quiet considering you're next to Times Square. Coffee bar should stay open all day - we could not get a coffee at 2pm which was strange. Bar prices could be lower for hotel guests."
