"No chairs in room, no desk to do work on, room way too small, wallpaper unsightly. No microwave to use in the hotel. Staff was friendly."

Also did not tell us that there was construction occurring on the property, definitely overpriced for what it was, they didn't even give us water. Our room also was not properly cleaned, we found someone's glasses in our room. Do not stay here!!!"

No closet for clothing, no luggage racks We lived out of our suitcases and had to stack them on the only seat other than the beds. No room to walk past each other without squeezing through. No in room coffee maker, ice bucket etc. "

"Held over $1,100 in four random charges despite having a prepaid reservation. No staff could explain why their “new system” would do this. Charged $69 for an early check in (fine) but the room was a SIGNIFICANT downgrade from what I had reserved. There was barely any room to walk in the room, no dresser/drawers, a desk so small I had to put the coffee machine on the floor to use my laptop. Ideal location but would absolutely never stay again."
