"Very clean and well managed. The exception to everything that was great about the place was the 2 men who were working at the desk at 10:15PM on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. I have, NEVER in my life had anyone in customer service treat me so badly. Unprofessional, Rude, and just out and out nasty, would be a compliment for the 2 of them. On the other hand, Nick, the young lady who was a manager, housekeeping receive my highest praise. I would suggest that the 2 men I dealt with, take a class or two in customer service or seek employment elsewhere as customer service doesnt appear to be a good feet. Other than those two characters, it was a WONDERFUL stay, and I will definitely go there again if I am in the area"

"This is a great hotel in Mahwah, especially for the price! Staff are always very friendly, room is spacious. It’s a great location with nearby restaurants and coffee shops but also very safe and off the beaten path. I do wish the shower had a door because the floor got inevitably wet every time I showered. More or thicker blankets would have made the bed a bit cozier but other than that it was a great stay."
