"I love New York but I hated this hotel. This is my worst experience in NYC. On the plus side, the location is great, the cleaning staff were great and the rooftop bar and tiny pool are nice. However, the hotel is not in a great shape, it has a very unkempt vibe and the rooms are tiny (as would be expected in NYC). "I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"We were upgraded to a master marquee suite as a returning guest at a discounted rate, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We stay for a week in June"
