"Check in for this hotel was horrendous! No staff!! No where to sit in their lobby! Line wrapped around forever!! No one came near our room to clean! An entire werkend! My husband had to hunt down staff just to get some vlean towels! Unacceptable! Not even valets be prepared to wait good 45 mins to get your car..the entire place is under staffed!! "

"This is the second visit my husband and I have had at the Port-O-Call. It is my favorite place to go! It is clean, quite, beautiful interior, fabulous views of ocean and Ocean City. All the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant food is delicious. You can't beat the location right on the Boardwalk and beach and close to bike rental as well. This place has it all!! "

"the condo we stayed in was great unfortunately , the elevator systems is awful and there were times we waited over 15 minutes for the elevator or ended up taking 21 flights of stairs. you program your floor and then are assigned an elevator instead of being allowed access to any of the elevators one elevator never worked so there were 2 working elevators for over 30 floors . and the last night we got in late and the parking garage was full with no guidance from the parking attendant - and we had...

"The online reviews specifically about elevators had me weary however we did not seem to have any issues. from the moment we arrived until the day we departed - we received the best service from this resort. We traveled with a family of 5 for my daughters 21st birthday and this resort was in a great location, extremely clean, and our 2 bedroom deluxe room was perfect! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had an amazing time."
