"First I want to begin b saying how accommodating and nice the staff was at the Lowes Regency Park Avenue My stay was wonderful because of the staff.. The room was clean and quiet room service was fast and the food was wonderful at the bar and grill, oh and good coffee too… I love the neighborhood and I have found my NYC hotel… We were greeted by Kennedy in the elevator and she immediately asked if she could do anything for us now or in the future to make our stay more comfortable as did all...

"Excellent hotel rooms are incredible. The gym is shared with non hotel guests though which maybe I didn’t read far enough to know that. It is a members gym so it’s packed and not exclusive to hotel guests. Photo shows a sauna outside however it seems like maybe it’s “seasonal” sometimes. Also bar closes super early around 10-10:15 so if you’re looking for a late night drink there’s no options here. Staff was excellent across the board"
