"Beautiful building, nice well-equipped rooms, and the loveliest staff. Truly in the heart of the city with many major attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend Umbral!"
"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Simply breathtaking. The whole check-in process was smooth and amazing. The bellman gave us a tour of the unit including the history of the property and even offered to take photos of us. All the staff was very helpful no matter the time of the day. I loved the community area providing 24/7 drinks and small pastries. Would definitely stay here again. I would keep in mind it’s a very busy area outside of the property and there was a lot homelessness at night/early mornings."
"One of the best options close to the Zócalo. Beautiful rooms with close attention to detail. Fabiola and the staff were excellent. Extremely helpful!! Thank you "
