"Excellent hotel, excellent location and excellent staff. The rooms were more than what we expected, and very clean. Comfy beds and pillows. The staff are fantastic and honest workers. We had an issue with our door not closing and the staff looked after our things so our plans were not ruined while it got fixed. Very honest people. I rate this hotel 10/10. I will come here with my family again and spread the word without a doubt."

"This is a real gem of a hotel. Recently refurbished, lovely clean rooms. Good internet (in my room) Most rooms are quiet and it has an elevator to get to the upper floors. There are tons of dining options and bars close by and it’s a stone throw form the Zocalo."
