"The hotel was very nice and we were able to check in early on the day of our arrival. The tv was not working (could have been user error) but otherwise it was great, we were not in the room very long during the day. The water/ice dispensers are very nice and convenient. The rooftop was great to check out! Walkable and easy access to subway. Great location to explore NYC!"

"Hotel was convenient to subway stations. We stayed to be closer to Brooklyn Half marathon. Great room with a refrigerator. We also had an amazing view of WTC and memorial pools. Would definitely stay at this location again. "

"The hotel itself was modern and clean. The room was big for NYC, more like a suite with a separate seating area. Even though it is a separate business entity, I have to mention the rooftop restaurant. I can’t comment on the service since we didn’t receive any. My party of 7 sat for 15 minutes and were completely ignored, except for the extremely rude self-important manager who gave us a hard time over moving a barstool to our table. Ultimately, we had enough poor treatment and left. Hotel was great, avoid the restaurant because it is a waste of time (and probably money if you ever get served). "

"The decor, lighting and compact but comfortable room were impressive. The bed was very comfortable. Could have used more USB charging spots in the room. Like the use of an IPAD to control the setting. Had fun changing the colors in the room! Couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat light in the shower; guy at front desk couldn't help me. Other than construction and scaffolding at the entrance, the decor was nice. Good selection of food at the bar and rooftop area. AMAZING view of the city from the bar. Overall, kinda pricey but if I have the money, I'd stay here again. "
