"We visited for one evening with my teen daughter and niece to shop and see the City touristy stuff, and it was perfect. The room was CLEAN, like really clean, and it was really quiet. We were on the 41st floor out of 43 with a great view of the Freedom Tower and just blocks from the best bagels in NYC and the Wall Street Bull. The only drawback was the elevator system, which provided only three elevators for a lot of people, so being so high up, we were not able to take the stairs realistically. Also, we brought a car and, not going to lie, it was a pain. The parking was about a 10-15 minute walk, although it says five, and the garage was not the most convenient. It was also $105 for less than 24 hours with validated parking by the hotel. Basically, parking was the worst of the trip... hotel itself was in a great location and I felt safe. "

"We had such a wonderful time here. It was close to everything we wanted and out of the busy areas like time square. The woman at the front (drawing a blank of her name) but she was so kind and helpful. We needed a late checkout and she made sure that happened. We’d come back for the customer service. The rooms were spacious and clean and loved the look and feel of the hotel."

The location couldn’t have been better — just a 5-minute walk to the Hudson River and close to so many must-visit NYC attractions. The room, though compact, was incredibly cozy and impressively well-designed to make the most of the space. Everything was neat, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We had everything you would expect from a quality hotel, and then some. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a true NYC experience! "
