"The hotel is undergoing renovation, but that is made up for by the service. The front desk lady (straight dark hair in a ponytail, wearing a mask) was so welcoming and kind. We were telling her about our troubles trying to fly home for 3 days and being bumped off flights. She kindly gave us a late checkout and was very understanding. The rooms are clean, every staff member says hello, it’s just lovely here if you get stuck and have to stay near LAX. Worth the splurge! Highly recommend zpizza nearby for dinner."

"The staff was great!!! So helpful with everything!! The room was very nice and loved the separate tub and shower. The food was great too!! The hotel overall was very nice!!! Only downfall was the pool. It’s small and furniture needs updating/pretty worn. I would definitely stay again!!"
