"Staff were warm and inviting. Only had breakfast at BLVD but it was excellent and not overpriced. The market store came in clutch for some late night snacks and mid day soda's and beverages; and again items were reasonably priced. Location was convenient to transportation options to get you all over the city and just a short walk to the Rose Quarter area. Overall a great stay with memorable staff!! I look forward to booking this hotel again. "

"This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. It is clearly being used as temporary living. The hallway carpets are discussing and the musty oder permeates the air as soon as you walk in. The building has potential with large rooms but so poorly kept. The room we stayed in had filthy floors, no towels, a whole bunch of counter space for no reason with an old ragged computer chair. You couldn’t open the window because there was no screen and the neighbor hood is seriously questionable with men...
