"Front desk staff were so nice. My daughter (8) loves “staying in the city” and she let the front desk staff know how excited she was to “have a view”. They put us on the top floor. Parking is a little bit on the tighter side, we have an SUV. Overall, great stay, nice area and we felt safe. Very close to the convention center and could have easily done the 10 minute walk to and from. "

"The front desk agent that checked us in was incredibly kind and very helpful. He was honestly the best front desk agent that i have ever encountered. Room was clean, comfortable and felt very safe especially for being in downtown. We chose to stay at this hotel because of it being within walking distance to the moda center. And i highly suggest staying here if you plan on seeing a show too! My kids also really enjoyed the hotel pool. "

"The staff were so nice and accommodating!! The beds were very comfy, shower had the best shower head and the hot water was amazing. It was very close to a lot of places and the freeway. The most amazing part was you can watch the Rose parade from the balcony or even your room. We were three girls staying alone and they gave us the safest room without a window in the front (no one was creeping/breaking in). It is family owned and they were the nicest people!! Would definitely recommend and stay...
