"Property is located in a beautiful setting on the lake. The garden and the view from the restaurant are incredible. We ate at the restaurant and some of the items were good but some were mediocre. Overall would love to stay there again, beautiful and relaxing place. "

"Loved the location of this cottage! So many fun things nearby. We ate at some great restaurants, visited Geneva multiple times, played mini golf at Sampson State Park, hiked Watkins Glen, rode on a train, did a full tasting tour at Three Brothers Estates, kayaked, and watched the sun rise. There's a lovely flat and shady lawn between the cottage and the lake shore - so much better than a shear cliff and/or dozens of stairs to climb! There's also train tracks that run behind the cottage and parallel to the road, which we weren't aware of ahead of time. We heard it go by many times, but it wasn't too loud or disruptive, especially inside the cottage. "

"Our group had a lovely stay at this home. It’s in a great location and close to all of the wineries we wanted to stop by during our stay. The house is gorgeous and even better in person than the pictures shown! We had all of the cooking utensils and towels we needed for the weekend. Easy check in and check out process as well. Overall a great stay and would gladly stay here again with a big group! "
"This property was just as imagined from the listing, and was a great fit for our family with young kids (age 2 & 5) and my in laws. Very comfortable beds and seating and an added bonus was that the furniture was very well thought out, most nightstands had USB ports for easy electronic charging, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a wonderful perk. Plenty of space in the living room and comfortable seating for everyone, well stocked kitchen accessories made cooking easy. The bonus game room was a fun feature to check out. We loved the location in relation to the downtown Geneva area, there was lots of playgrounds and a great splash pad for the kids to enjoy. Communication with the property management was very prompt and were quick to fix a minor issue we encountered. Of all previous rentals through this app, this has been the best rental property management I’ve ever worked with! Looking forward to using this rental property again b/c of their impressive quality.
