"Property is located in a beautiful setting on the lake. The garden and the view from the restaurant are incredible. We ate at the restaurant and some of the items were good but some were mediocre. Overall would love to stay there again, beautiful and relaxing place. "

"We love this hotel and the area. It’s located feet away from the lake and surrounded by a walking/bike path right outside of the hotel. The hotel has a lovely restaurant with a nice patio to enjoy a great meal. Get a water view room. You will enjoy looking at the area and lake a lot! There’s an ice cream stand just feet away too! There’s a few streets you can walk to with a nice variety of restaurants as well. Close to wineries as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! "

"We have never stayed on Seneca Lake and so glad we did . The owner , was great to work with . He responded within minutes and so nice ! We are definitely booking next year ! It’s a beautiful lake and we love the east side . Hot week and the center air was working great ! The home is immaculate and loved just walking out with a few steps down toThe water . The kitchen has everything that you want and the updated decor and colors are really nice ! Beds are comfy and lots of supplies! Best part is that we could have our little dog . You would never know that dogs were there . The photos are very deceiving from the outside ! Thank you Steve and see you next year !! "

"Overall this was a great trip filled with about 20 miles of scenic hikes plus many wine, cheese and ice cream tastings. The house is very nice for the most part, but be advised that the dock is a fairly treacherous descent and is covered in spider webs, and the garage has some sort of strong mold / funk that makes it unusable as a recreation area (eg ping pong, air hockey and darts in there). Otherwise, the house is good and is very close to a few very good wineries and breweries. "

"The house was as expected and good for an adult group. The dock was extremely buggy, gnats really, so not pleasant to get to or hang out on. My issue with the stay was that I didn’t get the code for the house until after I asked for it on the morning of our arrival. It was a very stressful start to my vacation. "
