We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and Ara helped surprise her with beautiful decorations, flowers, and a cake delivered to our room. She also recommended and reserved an excellent restaurant for the occasion. When my daughter-in-law fell ill, Ara promptly arranged for a doctor to visit our room—thanks to her, she recovered quickly and didn’t miss a moment of the trip. Ara’s care and attention went above and beyond—we can’t thank her enough for making our stay such a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Premium Room, which was ideal for our family. It had four bedrooms and a detached common area with a kitchen and living room—perfect for spending time together comfortably."
