"This is a beautiful little hotel in a lovely location. It was exactly as described and really well thought through. I would 100% recommend. Ps the mattress in seaview room needs to be changed but certainly doesnt remove any stars or high praise. "

"What a great place to stay, right in the middle of everything but not near enough to hear noise. The room we had was at the top so a lot of stairs (which doesn’t bother us) so if you are not able to manage stairs then ground floor would be better for you."

"I stayed in a single room called indian summer on the first floor. It had a 3/4 bed and was all i needed, a chair might have been nice but there wasnt room"

"Great seafront boutique hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, super ammenities, comfortable bed and an amazing freshly cooked breakfast. Couple of niggles - the shower leaked and quite a lot of noise heard from outside at night. Overall a lovely stay, highly recommended."

"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "
