"This was a good location for visiting Brighton - walking along the pier was a nice way to end the day and local amenities were close by. Buses to other sites of interest run nearby - the Seven Sisters Country Park was an easy trip and worthwhile visit. Having the check in information a few days in advance was helpful because it is not at the site of the flat."

"Had a couple of nights stay. The hotel is well situated right on the beach front. The staff are very friendly and we had a great stay. Our room was tiny which would have been an issue if we had stayed longer (the room was higher than it was wide!) There is entertainment during the evenings which we had access to, and the noise didnt carry up to the room although our room faced the sea (had an awesome view) so we could hear the revelers enjoying the night on the patio. "Parking was the only nightmare, there are a few spaces out front of the hotel but getting a space seemed like a task you would spend most of your holiday trying to attain. Reception was very friendly. The room was fine and nice and clean. The 4am wake-up call from the seagulls were unbearable, obviously not the hotels fault but getting double glazed windows would make sure a difference."
