Hotel is across the road from the beach and sea which is beautiful and you can walk for miles either way, left or right out of the hotel. If you want to walk to shops and restaurants, you need to walk straight up hill. Old hotel but very nice rooms and for the most part all staff are very goo, and the food (particularly breakfast) is very good. Just make sure you ask for a room with a view of the sea.

We went on a weekend trip to Brighton (my wife, our dog and I) and we spent only one night at the hotel. But we would definitely return for more. The facilities are wonderful, the staff are very friendly with us and our dog (we found a couple of bowls, a dog bed and free treats for Gaia in the room). Breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options, and everything was delicious.

Unbeatable waterfront hotel in Brighton. It is a classic and classy place, with great staff and superb service. Walking across the street to the beach, leads you to endless strolling, cafe and shops. Very enjoyable stay!
