"The property location is amazing, just a short 5-10 min walk to Magic Sands Beach. The pool was amazing and my 3 boys (ages 8,5,2) loved it! There were beach towels and toys at the house. The cooler was great to have on our trips to the Hilo side. Communication with the owner was great and they were super helpful. "

"The condo is in a great location! Beautiful ocean views from the third floor. We enjoyed walking over to the best snorkel beach daily. All the beach gear was available at the condo to borrow. The condo was very well stocked with linens, towels and kitchen basics. The pool area is nice if you want a break from the ocean. Duane was easy to reach and quickly responsive to questions. Parking is on site. Condo is a bit dated but very comfortable. We would stay again. "

"This was a great location! Right across from a great snorkel spot. The unit had some gear to borrow but we ended up renting some better gear. The view from the top balcony was amazing, beautiful views of the water, the morning rainbows and loads of birds in the area. Parking was sufficient, the driveways are all tight here but our large car had no issues. Great host! She was super communicative and nice :) "

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hawaii and would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located place to stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Kona for dining, shopping, and exploring. The house itself is spacious and very well-stocked, with plenty of room and little nooks for everyone to spread out and relax.One of our favorite features was the stunning pool at the front of the house. It was a perfect place to unwind with a view of the ocean—truly serene. Diane greeted us upon arrival and gave us a helpful tour of the property, and Michael was quick to respond when we had a minor issue with a ceiling fan. The overall hospitality was appreciated and made for a smooth stay.A few things to note: Hawaii can get humid, and while the home has fans in every room, there’s no AC, so it did get warm at times. Diane lives in a connected part of the house, though we didn’t see her after check-in. The booking process involved several emails and a Docusign contract, which felt more formal than other rentals we’ve used. There are security cameras on the driveway and in the backyard facing part of the pool/hot tub—views are partially obstructed but worth noting.Overall, this is a beautiful, peaceful property in a great location with excellent hospitality. We really enjoyed our time here!"

"Great experience in an excellent location. The beach with snorkeling right outside provides lots of options close by, with racquet courts, pool, and bbq. The in-unit views and ocean wave sound scape added to the relaxation. Would recommend! "
