"Loved this townhome. It was perfect for my husband, 2 boys (14 & 17) and I. The place is well stocked with everything you need, and then some. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the lanai, watching the sunset, turtles, tons of yellow fish, birds, etc. The Big Island never disappoints! There is a nice little rocky beach with trees/shade adjacent to the property that are perfect for morning strolls, exploring, lounging, etc. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!"

"Being able to wander down the hill and across the street to snorkel was definitely a highlight. Our favourite room in the condo was the lanai, with it’s view of the park and ocean. The exterior of the complex is well-maintained with manicured gardens and a nice pool area. The condo itself is a little tired. A coat of paint, clearing the cupboards, removing/replacing the garburator, and new bed mattresses are suggestions for improvements. The property host was very responsive to our texts and...

"First, the direct ocean front access was completely incredible. It was so soothing to watch the sunset on the back porch and hear the waves all night long. The house was clean, in a great location, and it was helpful to have parking directly in front of the entry door. There was plenty of space in both bedrooms as well as the bathrooms. "We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly....

"I was the first time on Hawaii. The hotel was clean with full kitchen, balcony and safe. Parking per car was free and food store right after you exit the hotel. Cona coast river has a lot of barbeque zones and couple of swimming pools. Almost everyday in the evening was live music near thr bar. Actually, you need to drive to the nearest beach, probably 5 min drive, I recommend magic sand beach parking which has free parking and a lot of sand in the shore."
