"Where do I start. It did not say on Expedia when i booked Kona Coast Resort by VR host that this is a Wyndham timeshare. This resort went by many names. When i called to confirm my stay, the resort sent me another text that said Royal Club vacations. The text also included charges for air condition but not on Expedia. "We had a great, relaxing time while we were there. 3 pools along with 3 free BBQ grills to use. Next to the ocean and a golf course. We didn't need air conditioning since the trade winds either from over the mountains or the ocean keep the condo cool day and night. We will return again and request to stay at Kanaloa at Kona by OUTRIGGER again."

"Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort "
