"We stayed in the corner ocean front room, and the views could not be beat! The balcony was huge and had a great breeze, and the wall to wall windows let you see it all. We ate several times at the hotel bar, every time sitting oceanfront. Perfect setting with great food—the breakfast burrito is a must. The pool was also nice with big padded lounge chairs. And the parking on site was easy, but it was also easy to walk into downtown Kailua-Kona to restaurants and shops. Overall, a fantastic place to stay. Would stay there again! "

"Very nice stay. Property is being updated but even in the unit as is we had everything we needed. So nice to have a quiet home base. The AC was awesome. We had to turn it off one night and we are used to cold bedrooms. Some units may be a bit of a walk- we were in building 14 and the walk was very easy. Parking was easy and no extra charge. We picked up groceries at Target on the way but the local KTA was easy and next time we will just stop there. "
