"The house was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable, and had many nice features to make our stay special. The only disappointment was the inability to use the outdoor firepit, as it was overgrown with grass and there was water in the bottom. Trails were advertised on the site, but they were not accessible due to tall grass.The scenery was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay."

"House is well stocked with all essentials needs. A 45 min drive to Cooperstown and a half hour drive to Howe Caverns. Right in the middle of both. Also some good local restaurants in the area. Great for a pet also"

had a wonderful time at Noah and Brenda's place. The house was perfect in size and away from it all. We were able to relax as a family, hike and enjoy local restaurants. The wood stove was the best part on cold winter days. We highly recommend staying here."

"The views of this property are hands down incredible! That’s about it. We weren’t given a key to lock the door for while we were away. The house was musty and humid making our clothes feel damp and us feel sticky. The fire pit outside was crumbling down and looked like it had previously caught on fire. We were nervous to use it. The swing overlooking the pond literally fell on top of us while we were on it. There were holes in the floor, some covered by random wood. The basement with the pool...
