"This is a property that tries very hard to provide a quality experience, and they add a number of small touches, like homemade cookies in the lobby, and a white noise machine in the room.
The room itself was pleasant—the bed sheets were extraordinary, but the mattress was very much on the firm side (more to my wife’s liking than to mine). The bathroom is quite nice, but the maze of handles and nozzles in the shower was hard to decipher.

"If you are looking for a nice house with great views and want to be close to Dreams Park, this is the place to stay. We had two families staying at this house and it was perfect. It is literally 1 minute from Dreams Park which made it super convenient to go back and forth to the park and for other places such as the local grocery store, local restaurants, and downtown Cooperstown. Darlene, the owner, was fantastic to work with. You won't regret staying here if you need a place to stay for one of the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournaments!"

"The Federal House was clean and had everything so you didnt have to worry about bringing linens, kitchenware, coffeemaker, hairdryer etc. Driving to downtown Cooperstown was a breeze, along with shops and places to eat right outside our door. "
