" The room was very clean and quiet, breakfast was terrific and they were exceptionally hospitable. The owner graciously gave us a tour of his “wall of fame”."
"This is a property that tries very hard to provide a quality experience, and they add a number of small touches, like homemade cookies in the lobby, and a white noise machine in the room.
The room itself was pleasant—the bed sheets were extraordinary, but the mattress was very much on the firm side (more to my wife’s liking than to mine). The bathroom is quite nice, but the maze of handles and nozzles in the shower was hard to decipher.

"If you are looking for a nice house with great views and want to be close to Dreams Park, this is the place to stay. We had two families staying at this house and it was perfect. It is literally 1 minute from Dreams Park which made it super convenient to go back and forth to the park and for other places such as the local grocery store, local restaurants, and downtown Cooperstown. Darlene, the owner, was fantastic to work with. You won't regret staying here if you need a place to stay for one of the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournaments!"

"This house was perfect for our family’s stay during our grandson’s tournament. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. There are three sitting rooms, two with large tv’s, and one perfect for reading. There’s a large deck with plenty of seating, a nice grill, and a large-capacity washer/dryer. We would definitely stay there again. "
