"Overall this is my “go to” hotel in Clifton Park. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hot tub was heavenly. I was disappointed though that I wasn’t able to either charge a tub of ice cream to my room or pay with Apple Pay. The telephone cable in my room was also loose and didn’t stay connected so I had to keep wiggling it and calling the front desk back. They said they’d fix it but I didn’t bother to check. The breakfast was tolerable but why no bacon?? Only sausage patties floating in grease! Some cold milk and half and half in pitchers would be nice to have at the coffee station as well. My primary complaint though was concerning the WiFi as well as the television. I have an apple phone but the tv would only synch to a Samsung phone so I was stuck either watching the over 100 channels on the tv (mostly local and livestream) or watching my streaming channels on my phone. That in itself was a problem because the WiFi kept dropping off."

"Pros: Close enough to UAlbany campus to walk. The property was nice, looked well maintained . The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good , no free buffet but a good buffet. The menu items were good but somewhat overpriced. Cons: the bed is way too high. You have to be about 6’ tall to get into it. The toilet is child height like nursery school height. The bath vanity again too tall great if 7’ tall. Otherwise, a great stay."
