"First time in Buffalo. We were blessed with an early checkin. So appreciated it because we were exhausted from our redeye. Staff so polite and helpful."

"Great find. Clean rooms, nice beds, kitchen, full-size refrigerator. The worst thing I can say is there is no sign outside the hotel (just on the street and you have to be looking for it). It was convenient for downtown activities and seeing family in Clarence. Stores down the street."

"Didn’t like that the elevator wasn’t working and we had to walk up to the fourth floor but other than that it was a nice property to stay "

"Check in was amazing easy and very accommodating- my only disappointmen was the cleaning staff on the 6th floor who were very rude and vocalized very brutal and vulgar with how many rooms they had to clean that day. I met Angela on the Sunday (I believe she was a supervisor) and she was very apologetic and said she would tske care of it. She was wonderful"

"There was no coffee pot like the description said. No remote for the tv and dust all around the tv. "
