"The hotel is either brand new or just looks like it. Very well managed, very clean. The rooms are unusually large; gym indoor pool are very clean and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast - also not usual hotel breakfast. the

stuff gave our lab a lot of threats, he was super happy. Overall we were really impressed!"

"The food was alright many options for breakfast. My room wasn’t clean the sheets were little dirty & the rags were freshly white. My bathtub still had hair in it. The front desk people were hard to find at night but very nice lady overall. But the daytime people were alittle bit rude. "

"Parking was good. The hotel is a bit obsolete. The lights in the hotel rooms are not very bright. The blankets are pretty cheap and not in good quality and they’re not warm enough. The doors are hard to open. I was not impressed with the food at Petals. It could have been better. I think the price is too high for that not so impressive things. It is embarrassing because I am an RIT alumnus. "

"Good value for money. Room was pretty clean, but the bathroom was kinda gross and could use a remodel. But staff was very friendly. There’s loads of parking. And it’s walking distance from a Gas station that has an EV charger, Dunkin Donuts, and other stuff for convenience. It’s also close to other things if you’re ok with driving a few minutes. If you need something cheap, but decent, this is a great option."
