"Great stay. Even better staff"

"Although this hotel is comfortable and most of the staff is very friendly and accommodating, a room rate in the &300’s is still quite high given the level of amenities, furnishings, type of breakfast, etc. It is a very convenient location to the university of Rochester especially when events at the university occur at various hours of the day. "Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"Likes - suite size was wonderful with everything needed for meals and relaxing. One recommendation - better gluten free bakery options at the breakfast bar Ultimately - would stay again and recommend"
