Staff.. they are very helpful and pleasant. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. My only complaint would be that you can hear everything from the other rooms - next door and above. Otherwise- very satisfied with my stay.

Absolutely the a/c function was great. When needed it switched to heat. Sofa sleeper was not the most comfortable for sleeping and being a suite was a bit surprised that there was not cooking set up other than microwave. Overall we had a great stay of 5 days. Location was fantastic for us. Staff was very accommodating in making sure our rooms were near each other. I would stay there again.

The place was great as in the facility, staff and location. The only draw back was the subpar breakfast. Poorly scrambled eggs, cold potatoes and tasteless sausage. Stayed on a Wednesday and a Monday both days same tired breakfast. The good part about that was it was reasonable enough to go out tro breakfast.
