"From booking to when we arrived with check-in and entering our room to a magnificent fresh scent and cleanliness, our stay was phenomenal. The location was very convenient to food places, as well as a gas station which was within walking distance. Our sight of view of the nice pond surrounding the premises was a pleasant sight to see giving a pleasant impression, to being very peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very much helpful and provided excellent customer service. We will most definitely stay again."

"The property was beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk Kevin was amazing. We had a minor issue with our room. Within 5 minutes Kevin had it resolved and had us in a beautiful new suite. His attention to detail and customer service went well above anything I usually see."

"We stayed at Kartrite Resort from Friday to Sunday for our daughter’s 2nd birthday and had a great experience overall. Originally, we booked two rooms through Expedia, but last minute decided to upgrade and have my mother-in-law stay with us. Despite being a third-party reservation, Demetria and Adam at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, made the change happen fast, and didn’t charge us extra. Amazing service! Our room was spotless, very spacious with a living room & had direct access to an outdoor patio on the ground floor—big plus. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were great. They even provided a Pack ‘n Play for our daughter, which was so helpful. The waterpark was super clean (a bit heavy on the chlorine, but no complaints), and had something for everyone—toddler splash zones to big slides. Even we adults had a blast! The arcade, bowling, and rock climbing kept us busy—there was always something to do. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast buffet ($24.99/adult, $14.99/kids over 2) felt overpriced for the limited options. Surfside Grill had solid food—pizza, burgers, hummus, salads—and was fresh during peak times. I wouldn’t recommend early as they aren’t as fresh. Bixby’s for dinner was underwhelming; I’d recommend dining offsite. We went outside and found several great restaurants. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful, and made our stay memorable. Would definitely return for the waterpark and service. Just plan meals wisely!"

"Parking is great. Front desk person was very welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. It was an easy walk to the MVP arena and busy after the show. Safe enough to walk back. My only problem was that I am 5 feet tall and the top of the mattress was to my waist. It was quite a hop up."
