"Room shower was not a good design. Water poured out within 30 secs of turning the shower on. No lotion, slippers, or water available, had to call for slippers ( much needed since the floors had a lot of dust and turned the bottom of the slippers gray/ black in less than a few hours of wearing it). There were wet spots on the sheets that smelled very heavily of laundry detergent upon arrival. Rooftop and other lounges around the hotel were very nice."

"We love 1Hotel. This was our fourth visit. However, this visit was different. From the loud music playing until two oclock in the morning, to the garbage left behind outside the entrance to the nightclub, the vibe was not at all what we experienced previously during our trips to Brooklyn. We sincerely hope the decision to use the upstairs floor as a nightclub is reconsidered. Being kept awake by loud music is not acceptable. Also, there was a bag of trash sitting on top of the trashcan for two days.Such a shame for this beautiful hotel. Attention to detail is what made this hotel so special."

"Really nice, small hotel with small rooms.... my room was very clean, well appointed, quiet, and very small. Not too too small for one person, but with two people i'd imagine it'd be a problem. I was bummed that the renowned hotel roof bar was closed for a private event. I wish they'd told me that when i checked in... i still would've stayed there, but i wouldn't have had a friend meet me there to have a drink. Little restaurant was good.... very nice breakfast and I got a $10 off coupon to dine there. I'll stay there again someday."
