The location is perfect within walking distance of the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and full of character. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The bar and restaurant are excellent, with great food and drinks in a lovely atmosphere. And of course, a special highlight is Inti, the cute alpaca who visits the hotel every day, such a charming and unique touch! Highly recommended."

"Extreme disappointment with VRBO and property host.Apparently host did not de-list, or VRBO did not validate host participation on a timely basis. App allowed booking to a supposed available unit. No communication from host or VRBO.Host refused entry at the time of arrival. Host and VRBO left us abandoned with no alternatives. Had to find alternative in real time.Only positive VRBO app and voiding cc charges were efficient. Validating hosts periodically severley lacking. "
