Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. I also just got Uber everyday it’s so cheap

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Florida del Inca in Cusco! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from arranging transportation to offering great local tips. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with plenty of hot water and good Wi-Fi (a big plus in Cusco!). The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning — I especially loved the fruit, coffee, and eggs cooked to order. The location is also perfect — close enough to the historic center to walk or take a short taxi ride, but far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation away from the crowds. Overall, Hotel Florida del Inca felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cusco — whether for a few days or a longer trip. Hotel owner was very nice and welcoming. The area is safe and nice plus the hotel is in great shape. It is slightly outside of the city but I highly recommend giving this hotel a shot for a night or 2. Lots of local restaurants nearbye and the hotel breakfast was immaculate too

This hotel was perfect for my stay in Cusco! The host and his partner were very accommodating and made sure that I always had everything I needed and felt right at home! The host also provided pickup and drop off to and from the hotel! The location was great and in close proximity of the airport and just a short drive to the main square. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

A Very Nice Stay

I had a very nice stay prior to my morning flight to Lima. The hotel is run by a nice, dedicated owner who made sure my stay was uneventful. The room and bath were both spacious and clean. The breakfast (breads, jams, eggs, fruit, coffee and juice) was filling and nicely prepared.

Clean, well-maintained hotel, no hot water

We arrived mid-morning and had to wait outside for about 10 minutes until someone answered the door. Staff was very friendly, helpful. Hotel condition was good, everything clean and well-maintained. Biggest issue was no hot water; when turned on and let run for a long time, we got tepid water that afternoon. Early the next morning before leaving for airport, no showers because the “hot” water never got hot, stayed cold no matter how long we ran it. Area around the hotel, just okay. Very few restaurants. The hotel is adequate for an overnight, close to the airport…if you don’t want to take a hot shower.
