"Hotel is located 10 mins ride from popular tourist attractions in Cusco. Uber was available within mins. Hotel was well maintained and clean. Front desk was very helpful. Self Laundry service at the hotel was offered for 45 soles per load which includes detergent and softener. There are several wash and fold services in walking distance of the hotel for reasonable prices and they deliver the clothes to the lobby. Breakfast spread for great with live omelette station and some local dishes to try."

"Muy acogedor y limpio"

"The room was spacious and clean. A little further up the strip but walkable. Altitude was a bit hard to handle. And the awesome tea was not good for me. Kept me up for the night. lol."

"Merci encore pour notre séjour qui s’est très bien déroulé ! Les prestations sont conformes à ce qui est annoncé, on a tout ce dont on a besoin et la dame de l’accueil est très gentille et chaleureuse ! Je pense que le seul petit bémol à souligner est qu’il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants dans les chambres donc tous les matins on est réveillés de bonne heure car le soleil se lève très tôt. Merci encore pour votre accueil !"

"The staff there are real helpful kind and warm-hearted, i love the experience! Thank you alot"

"Beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, very fun and social. I made new friends easily and the bed was sooo comfortable. I'll definitely recommend it. Great location, very nice building full of history. Loved it!"

"My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). The beds were very comfortable and warm. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The place was quiet at night. Short walking distance to Orion grocery store. Definitely...

"This was one of the best experiences at a hotel my family and I have ever encountered, and we have travelled to Europe, North America, UK in the past. The service at Valicha is second to none. The sisters who run the hotel are very friendly, accommodating, helpful hosts. They speak very good English and are always willing to assist in any way. Our room was cleaned daily, our toiletries replenished daily, towels changed daily. We asked for extra pillows, extra soap etc. and it was never a...

Agradeço por todo o empenho, gentileza e atenção durante minha estadia."

"Further away from things, was dusty and not clean as other hotels we stayed. Public bathroom downstairs was always clogged. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom was small room was small. Didn’t have airport shuttle like advertised on Expedia from airport to hotel. "

"Very kind host and supportive when our family was struggling acclimatizing to Cusco heights. Definitely plan on coming back here❤️"

"A estadia no hotel foi incrível, tudo perfeito. "

"El hotel es muy bonito y la habitacion super comoda"

"Los cuartos son sencillos, hay pinturas renacentistas que se sienten un poco raras. Llegamos 8pm y el check in fue tardado y enredado. Nos quedamos solo una noche pero no volveríamos"

"The hotel was very beautiful. I came as a solo traveller and enjoyed the presence of Kiki the Llama. The hotel was walkable to a lot of things such as groceries, pharmacy and souvenir shops. Breakfast was great and the best part is their hot chocolate. Other then the fridge not work and the rooms being a little cold, it was overall a great stay."
