"This hotel was the best stay we had so far in our month long journey through Peru. The beds were incredible, the hot shower with excellent water pressure and the cleanliness of everything."

"A truly great hotel to stay in Cusco. The staff is so helpful and polite. I was testing the weight of my luggage in the lobby when an employee showed up with a scale for me, unprompted. The breakfast is delightful with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant for dinner is also quite nice, with lots of options for vegetarians. The location is wonderful as it’s a short walk to the main square and closely located to an artisanal market and nice bistros. Will book again!"

"Clean room, staff were helpful and it was an okay breakfast. Too bad it was always the same food at breakfast, no variety."

"スタッフ感じが皆さん良かった、人気があるのがわかります。中心に近く、歩いて観光できる。バスタブも付いててゆっくりできた。朝食もおいしかった。"

"staff at reception was not very responsive and they also forgot pur passports in the copying machine"

"The most welcoming beautiful stay! The staff were outstanding in each department. The food was excellent. The property is beautiful."

"I had a wonderful stay at LP Los Portales in Cusco. The location is unbeatable, everything felt clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. I’d definitely come back."

"Pleasant staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, pretty quiet neighborhood but not too far from the downtown!"

"Top stay in Cuzco, and tasty drinks at the lobby"

"Very helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable well appointed room. Particularly loved the comfortable bed. Perfect location for early train to Lake Titicaca."

"While the hotel itself was nice, if a little noisy, it was well located and had a lovely terrace area. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by how the hotel handled an issue with our room. We'd specifically paid extra for a room with a bathtub, as we were arriving after a multi-day hike and were looking forward to a relaxing bath. However, when we arrived, we were given a downgraded room without one. When we raised this with the staff, they weren't particularly helpful. I gathered that...
