Colonial rooms are nicely decorated, staff was very helpful and sensitive to any need we had. The only problem with Colonial rooms, witch are located one floor above the lobby court, is the noise that's comming either from the lobby or from the adjacent room, since the walls are thin.

The standard room does not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. A standard room at the Holiday Inn is far superior to that at Novotel. There was no coffee machine provided—only instant coffee sachets—and no body lotion was available. Overall, the standard room is too pricey for the limited benefits offered.

Hotel med en fantastisk atmosfære. Vi boede på hotellet ad to omgange før og efter et to-nætters besøg ved Machu Picchu, først i standardværelse og dernæst i colony-værelse. Det sidste er langt at foretrække, da det er større og beliggende i selve den gamle paladsdel, og derfor har langt mere sjæl. Badeværelseborde så små, at der ikke var plads til to små toilettasker, og der hvor de kunne stå, havde man limet servietboks og sæbeskål fast på bordet. Det store overdækkede rum som indeholder både reception, restaurant, bar samt alm. opholdsrum havde en fantastisk atmosfære, og der var altid mennesker i rummet uden det blev larmende. Morgenmaden var rigtig god, selv da vi den ene morgen kom 5 minutter efter lukketid. Her gjorde personalet dog alt hvad de kunne for at sørge for, at vi alligevel fik en rigtig god morgenmad, inkl. at lave en omelet. Måske lidt tidligt at lukke ned for morgenmaden klokken 09.30. Rengøring var upåklagelig. Pga sen ankomst fra MP samt regnvejr spiste vi et par gange i restauranten, og maden var virkelig lækker. Personalet var generelt meget serviceminded og venlige. En speciel tak til receptionen for meget tidlig morgen at skynde sig op på vores værelse, som vi havde tjekket ud fra en halv time tidligere, for at hente en glemt taske, som de hurtigt sendte med en taxa til os i lufthavnen. Desuden ligger hotellet meget centralt og samtidig stille. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Fantastisk atmosfære i det overdækkede område, hvor der altid folk i rummet, som dækker både reception, restaurant, bar og opholdsområde. Boede der før og efter Machu Picchu i hhv. standard- og colonialvær. Sidstnævnte langt det mest spændende, da det er i det gamle paladsområde. Personale meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Glemte bl.a. en stor taske på værelset, som de lynhurtigt kl. 6 om morgenen fik sendt i en taxi til lufthavnen. Tusind tak for det. Dejlig morgenmad og superservice selvom vi den ene morgen kom fem min for sent, da de lukkede allerede 9.30. Fik sen aftensmad i restauranten efter hjemkomst fra MP. Det var virkelig godt og af høj kvalitet. Hotellet ligger yderligere meget centralt og larm høres ikke fra gaden. Kan kun anbefale hotellet. Billeder på Hotels.com meget dækkende.
